Sample Shipping Costs

Samples are sent by standard postal mail using stamps and are therefore not tracked. We aim to dispatch our own brand samples within 3–5 working days. If a sample is not currently in stock or is an external brand, dispatch may take up to 10 working days. If you would prefer a tracked service, this can be selected at checkout for an additional fee. Tracking is only available for Summer Gray own brand samples.
